Yoga Class in Pirton on a Monday night. Yoga is suitable for all. It will improve your fitness, flexibility, balance. It will make you sleep better. It will help with stress and anxiety.
The main class runs from 7.30-9.00pm and is open to all (over 16). Suitable for keen sports people as well as pure beginners and couch potatoes. I also run a Chair based yoga group for people who cannot easily get up and down from the floor - 6.15-7.20pm.
