The audit of accounts for Holwell Parish Council for the year ended 31st March 2023 has been completed and the accounts have been published.
The Annual Governance & Accountability Return is available for inspection by any local government elector of the area of Holwell Parish Council on application to the Clerk

New Holwell Pavilion
The Parish Council are pleased to announce that the New Pavilion is now ready for hire. The Pavilion is available for any local club to use. The Parish Council would like to encourage any mother and toddlers, book club, exercise clubs, youth clubs etc to make use of the facilities.
This is a facility for all Holwell parishioners to enjoy.

Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other documents relating to those records must be made available for inspection by any person interested.

OFFICIAL OPENING OF NEW PAVILION
Please join us to celebrate the New Pavilion Opening on Monday 8th May 2023. 2p.m. to 4.00p.m.
We will provide tea, coffee, juice and ice lollies for the children in the Pavilion and the Bowls club will be open to buy beer, wine and spirits.
Bring your own picnic , blankets and chairs and if the weather is poor you will be invited inside the Pavilion.
