Playgrounds
The Parish Council is responsible for the Play Area in the John Rand Recreation Ground.
Within the play area there are:
- Two sets of swings (one for older children and one for infants/children with disabilities)4
- Climbing frame and slide
- Zip Wire
- Two roundabouts
- 3 bouncers/rockers
There is also a large picnic bench and other bench.
The area is fenced off and a dog free zone.
Access is from the main gates to the Recreation Area on Holwell Road and via Rands Meadow. Direct access through the footpath from Holwell Road is currently closed off.
