Street Furniture

Street furniture comes in a number of guises and is provided by all three local councils. Hertfordshire CC Highways is responsible for the most of the road signs and bollards. North Herts District Council provide litter bins and arrange their emptying.

Holwell Parish Council provides most of the benches throughout the village, as well as the Dog Bins.
